Notes
An official receipt will be provided on-site. Any photos taken throughout the conference may be used by PAPTAC for promotional reasons.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received by 10Aug2018. If notification is received after this date, 25% of the registration fee will be retained. There will be no refund for “no shows” or if we are notified after 12Sept2018.


We strongly encourage everyone to use the on-line registration. If you are a PAPTAC member, you may use your membership credentials, if you remember them, to log-in (UserName and Password=your membership #), if not, simply click on the link next to "Not a PAPTAC member", the system will prompt you for an email address (if you are a PAPTAC member or have a non-member profile with us due to registration at another event), the system will locate your profile, make any necessary changes if need be, and click "submit" (lower left), the system will display the applicable registration price, click "next step", review the payment details, click "proceed to payment", enter your credit card information (this is a secured page), click "process transaction". The system will confirm the transaction, please keep that screenshot as proof of payment and registration. If a profile is not automatically found, the system will require you to complete the necessary fields and then you may proceed as outlined above.
If you experience problems with the online system for whatever reason, you may choose to download the pdf form below and sending it to [email protected]. To be eligible for the student rate, you must hold a student membership with PAPTAC. If you do not already, please contact PAPTAC in order to be added. Student membership is free.
